By 2050 Plastic will outweigh fish in our oceans

Did you know that there are five gigantic garbage gyres in the our oceans? The largest, the Great Pacific Garbage Patch is estimated to be 620,000 square miles. That's basically the size of Alaska, which is an ENORMOUS land mass. Sid's invention - Clearbot - is using an AI controlled, solar powered, unmanned robots to clean up our oceans. But we all need to do our part. We need to make conscious decisions to reduce our dependence on plastics. And, we need to place. more pressure on companies to reduce their plastic usage as well. Personally, I am looking forward to seeing single use plastics get replaced with biologic resources that can break down naturally. See you next week!
